Ampullen zijn hele actieve ingrediënten, waardoor je de ampul volledig op maakt in één keer. Je kunt er wel voor kiezen om de ampul in laagjes aan te brengen, dus bijvoorbeeld 1/3 van de ampul in te masseren tot het laagje is opgenomen en vervolgens een tweede en derde laagje aanbrengen tot de ampul op is.
Je kunt er voor kiezen om dit te doen wanneer je huid dit nodig heeft, maar ook kuurvorm van bv. 7 dagen iedere dag of 2 a 3x per week voor 4 weken lang.

Je reinigt altijd eerst je huid, brengt vervolgens het ampul aan en sluit af met je dag/nachtcrème.
